- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son opened an account at SunTrust Clearwater Beach one month ago he had a legitimate good third-party check he deposited teller told him what to do on The check for endorsement I deposited it not knowing that it was against SunTrust policy put a hold on the check through the word fraud everywhere after a week they close his account for the good third-party Check once his check cleared it takes another 7 to 10 days and they will cut him a check and mail it to him just wrong and unprofessional manager of the bank and the teller should take classes on customer service and how they treat their customers instead of hanging them out to dry. Will never recommend SunTrust I almost moved my business too this bank. but would never do this now.January 25, 2017by kevin Ellsworth
