  Jackie (sales agent) blatantly lied about the need for uninsured motorist, (which is not needed if you have health insurance, little did I know), but she said everyone must have it, so over the years it cost me thousands of dollars. What's more, they hit loyal customers with rate hikes for no apparent reason, so, I'm thinking the owner must need braces for his kids. I'm sick & tired of being lied to. DONE WIT YA!

  Excellent staff and service. Craig Duncan's agency handles everything from home and auto loans, refinancing, life insurance, commercial & business insurance, boats, RVs, motorcycles, even Medicare plans! Give them a chance to review your coverage.

  My wife and I have our auto, home and life insurance with Craig Duncan's office. Had the policies for years, but a few months ago they became important, as my wife had a bad auto accident and totaled her SUV. First claim we've had in over 15 years, so didn't know what to expect. Craig's office handle it smoothly and we had a check in our hands quickly. It took us nearly a month to find the SUV we wanted and Craig's office called us in the 3rd week to remind us about a 30-day License Plate expiration from the state, which would have cost us a few hundred dollars to renew. Thanks, very helpful !
