  Rudest and most insincere office workers I have ever met. I was told my appointment was at 9:30, so I came in early to fill out paperwork. It took an hour to fill out their overly redundant paperwork. I told them I had another engagement and that I needed to reschedule. They said my appointment was at 10:30 not 9:30 and that they had me come in at 9:30 so that I could fill out paperwork. Both receptionists laughed at me when I questioned my appointment time. Just called to reschedule and they said Ive been discharged from their system, which means they wont see me. Rhonda did not even have the courtesy to call me to let me know of such discharge. Last I spoke with them in person, they asked me what day I wanted to reschedule, so this is all a surprise. Their slogan is "Excellence with Compassion". Thanks for wasting my time.

  Medical personnel are very knowledgeable and caring. In addition, all support staff have been uniformly helpful and kind. I have found this to be true across the 4 different medical departments I have been treated by at the Spine Institute. Presently, I am involved in the Physical Therapy department. Having had physical therapy at other locations in the past, I can honestly say that my present Physical Therapist is the best I have ever come across. He has a deep understanding of his field and seems very intent on finding the proper treatment for any issue I have. Overall, I would highly recommend Florida Spine Institute to anyone in need of the services they provide.
