- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I spent a half an hour making the appointment. Another 35 minutes waiting for the incompetent staff to tell me that my insurance wasn't taken. This is almost two weeks after making the appointment and they took my insurance card and license and my forms that I filled out. I traveled about 40 minutes each way to get to this appointment while I am quite ill. Seriously the staff needs to be trained.
