- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am very unhappy with this company. They claim to be a program to help you but I did not get any HELP! It got so bad that I requested a manager/supervisor. Well that went even worse. Lady name Monica made me feel hopeliss and like I did not matter at all. She would not even let me talk!!!!! I was told to stay away but I wanted to make my own judgment. I am writing corporate to get Monica fired. She is a terrible mean person and does not care about anyone. She threatened me to talk to whoever I needed to. WOW! Some helpful service.
