- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Chen has never treated my mother with warmth, friendliness, dignity or compassion — which a good doctor should. He and the head doctors on staff there are intimidating and lord over the place like royalty who cannot be disturbed to answer a question or sign a prescription let alone take a vested interest in their patients' care. The supporting staff is cordial but is often lacking because of poor support from their superiors. Appreciation to the exceptional assistants who do their best while their bosses make six-digit salaries shuttling people in and out like cattle.June 30, 2017by Julie Garisto
